The Mr. Transmission/Milex Complete Auto Care franchise reopened for business on Monday, February 1 at 8740 Indianapolis Boulevard in Highland, IN. The Mr. Transmission/Milex store had been closed since March 2015, and now opens under new ownership. It is owned by Ramon Morales, who is a resident of Midlothian, IL. Morales has extensive experience working with vehicles through a 15-year stint with the military and is now transitioning into a career in franchise ownership in the area.
